“Miss You” by Louis Tomlinson

This song has a harder sound than any of his others. It starts off with Louis explaining his side of the story of how he clearly still misses the person he just lost, but he is admitting it to himself in a drunken thought. It seems the setting of this song is him out with his friends hanging out having a good time until realizing that there’s a missing piece to the story and the person he wants to be there, isn’t. This sort of puts a negative impact on his night, and his mind then overflows with the person he drank to forget about.

“If I Were A Boy” by Beyoncé

This song is beyonce wanting to put her female knowledge on relationships into a man’s mind because  the majority of woman’s side in a relationship is them putting all of their trust into a man and having their trust belittled in a way that makes women think men don’t understand how they feel. In this song, she wants men to understand how much women overthink in relationships for people they care about. Once women can trust men in a relationship without having second thoughts, is when the relationship grows strength and that’s exactly what she wants.

“How’s It Going To Be” by Third Eye Blind

This song is someone wondering on the other persons end of a broken relationship is. They are wondering how the other person is putting up without the other person. People tend to do this and then imagine the other person is struggling without them as a way to cope with your own feelings. That is the basics of the entire summary of this song.

“Bumming Too Much” by Lunch Ladies

This song is definitely a sadder song explaining the negative impact on someone’s life when something terrible goes wrong in their lifetime. They are explaining that life is pointless and dim. Believing that there’s no light at the end of the tunnel. All of these thoughts arise once something bad happens in someone’s life that place a mask over the reality of the situation making people believe that there’s no good, only bad.

“Coming Clean” by Green Day

This song is what every parent needs to hear coming from a 17 year old. This is all teenagers songs to parents explaining that they go through stuff too. On top of stress, they sometimes have to mask their emotions thinking that parents don’t really care about how they feel or are embarrassed so keep to themselves which builds up more stress. This is a more fast pace rock song which is easily likable by teenagers.
