The Patriot Press congratulates baseball superstar Zach Gorman on being named as one of the FTHS April athletes of the month!

Positions: Pitcher/Outfielder

• Shore Sports Network’s A-North Player of the Week
• Batted .471 with 8 runs scored, 4 RBI, 5 stolen bases, and 5 walks
• Went 2-0 in 2 starts, throwing 12 innings (1 Complete Game) and allowing only 4 hits and 2 walks while striking out 11. His ERA is 0.00 and his WHIP is .50.

“Zach is not just one of the statistical leaders of the team, he is the engine that makes the machine run. He is the ace of the staff and the leadoff hitter in the lineup. He will be playing at Wagner next year.”
