“Every Morning” – Sugar Ray

This pop rock song sung by Mark McGrath exudes a strong feeling of 90s nostalgia. The premise of the tune is two lovers who are cheating on each other, but they keep coming back to one another. Even with this slightly depressing subject matter, Sugar Ray manages to make the song fun and enjoyable through great storytelling lyrics, and a charismatic tune. You should listen to this if you enjoy music with a catchy chorus, or symbolic lyrics.

“It’s Oh So Quiet” – Björk

This wild 90s pop song is sung by the eccentric icelandic singer Björk, who rose to fame in the late 90s. The lyrics explain the joy she felt when she fell in love. Though the song has few lyrics, Björk is still able to put her signature charm into the music. You should listen to this if you like bubbly pop songs, or if you like songs about love.

“Like or Like Like” – Miniature Tigers

In this bright indie pop song, singer Charlie Brand explores his feelings for a girl. He is curious about her feelings toward him, and if she “likes or like likes” him. This cute tune has interesting and fun lyrics and a catchy chorus. You should listen to this song if you like love songs, or catchy melodies.

“When Did We Stop” – New Move

In this indie-pop song, the lead singer laments about missing someone. Through lovely lyrics, he tells all of the activities that he used to do with that someone. He then wonders, “when did we stop?” and wonders how they got to be the way they were. You should listen to this song if you like indie-pop, or music with sweet lyrics.

“All My Love Songs” – The Blood Arm

I first heard this song while watching the show “New Girl”, and I immediately became obsessed with it. This tune is fun and bubbly, and it talks about a girl giving the lead singer’s love away. It also has themes of greed and money enveloped in its lyrics. You should listen to this if you like songs that are more fast-paced and bubbly.
