Ava Stern, Columnist
Ava Stern is a sophomore at Freehold Township High School. She is 16 years old and loves animals, people, baking, and writing. She has been writing for the Patriot Press for two years and has been an editor for the Columns section for one. When she is not editing for the newspaper or doing school work, she loves to help others around her. She also has been playing field hockey since she was in sixth grade. Ava also loves to watch TV shows and movies in her free time. The most important thing to Ava is her family. She has a mother, father, two twin older sisters, a little brother, and a dog. She strives to influence her family and peers in everything she does. Ava is thrilled to be writing and editing for the newspaper and is looking forward to the next two years with Patriot Press.
