Welcome back walker fanatics to the reaction of The Walking Dead season seven, episode eleven. Overall, this episode is an improvement from last week’s episode, but did leave me with a lot of questions, and betrayals I never thought would happen.

The episode kicked it into overdrive with Saviors gathering around in shock to see someone beat “Fat Joey” to death. Dwight looks at the body for a hot second and turns around to see a motorcycle missing and runs away, faster than Flash, Superman, or Sonic the Hedgehog to Daryl’s hole and sees that he has escaped and his home vandalized. Negan’s army arrive back at the Sanctuary with Eugene begging for mercy thinking if he will die. Instead, he was brought into the Sanctuary. Eugene is amazed by his room is even more astonished when he finds liquor and vegetables in his refrigerator. He turns on  the radio which played the horrible “Easy Street” song. Dwight examines the note that he found which states, “go now” until he hears knocking on his door, which are Saviors barging in and beating the holy hell out of Dwight as Negan looks on in disappointment.

Dwight is now put in one of those holes like Daryl while Negan tries to get the truth out of him—who let Daryl free?! A very disappointed Negan doesn’t know if he is truly Negan?! What made Negan come to that conclusion is Sherry (one of Negan’s wives and Dwight’s ex-wife) also escaped. Negan let Dwight free from his hole to go find Sherry and capture Daryl again.

Eugene’s Savior servant is takes Eugene on a tour of the Sanctuary where she introduces him to the point system, haircuts, etc. Negan meets Eugene for the first time and tells him that he would’ve killed him because Eugene was the bullet maker, but Negan is curious to know if he was really a smarty pants. Negan asks Eugene some smarty type questions, and Eugene mentions he used to be a doctor and used to work with scientists. Negan is very impressed with Eugene.  Instead of punishing Eugene, he sends some of his wives up to his room to show him a good time. Eugene questions the wives part, but decides to roll along with it as if a teacher decides not to give weekend homework.

Eugene shows Negan’s wives a “good time” by showing them how to play video games, since he thinks that they’re there due to Negan’s orders. That’s not the case here because they tell Eugene that they want to be with him, and also talk to him about science.  While amusing Negan’s wives, they refer to Eugene as Dr. Eugene tells them he can make something explode with balloons and bathroom supplies. During the night, Eugene and the wives sneak out so Dr. Eugene can make some science right in front of their eyes. Unfortunately, Amber (one of Negan’s wives), is being a sour grape because her ex-husband got the iron and is all depressed and drinks way too much to forget this horrible memory. 2 out of the 3 wives were happy because Eugene was able to make something explode with balloons and bathroom supplies.

Dwight goes to a house thinking Sherry was there, but all he could find close to Sherry was a note. The note basically states all of the good times those two had when they were dating and before the zombie apocalypse. The shocking part about the note was Sherry mentions that she was the one who let Daryl loose because she thinks him and Daryl have a lot of things in common. She ended the letter with the reason why she escaped the Sanctuary—she believes that she was the reason why Dwight became the man he is now, a killer!

Two of Negan’s wives went back to Eugene’s room and asked him to make something that’ll kill Amber because she told them that she’s done with life. Eugene says no at first, but then agrees with the plan and asks the wives if they can get Amber’s exact weight to make a pill that’ll kill Amber. Eugene is waiting in line to get supplies to make the pill, but gets out of line and cuts through, because he was tired of waiting on a Chick-fil-a line. The lady behind the desk tells him off and tells him to get to the back of the line, but Eugene tells the lady he’s Negan. Convinced enough, she lets Eugene take whatever he needs.

As Dr. Carson bandages up Dwight, he asks if he was able to find Sherry. Lying to the doctor, Dwight responded with a yes, but found dead.

Negan assembled a meeting for someone’s ironing, but instead he used Lucille to hit Dr. Carson in the stomach! The reason behind his actions was he believed in Dwight’s little white lie and drew the conclusion that he was the one who let Daryl and Sherry free, but caused Sherry’s death. Dr. Carson’s “punishment” would be the iron, but he wouldn’t have to endure the punishment if he apologized for his actions. Dr. Carson eventually apologized, and we thought it was all over, but the cheese stands alone, as Negan grabbed him behind the neck and threw him into the fire pit to Dr. Carson’s death!

The wives are back to see Eugene make the pill for Amber, and he did, but is not going to give it to them. The wives threaten to snitch and tell Negan, but Eugene believes Negan would believe him more than his wives. As they were about to walk out, they called him a coward, but he doesn’t care as if he has already heard that statement before. A couple of hours later, someone knocks on Eugene’s door, and it is Negan. Walker fanatics all over the globe thought this would be the end of Eugene since the wives were planning on snitching on him, but Negan is only there to tell him that the wives enjoyed his company, and only wanted to ask him one question, and that one question will affect his stay permanently. The question was if he is Negan, and Eugene answered with an astonishing yes! The next day, Negan gave Eugene a promotion and is living like a boss, but has he joined the dark side?

Overall, this episode was phenomenal! Many things I wouldn’t expect to happen, which leaves me with the following questions, has Eugene joined the dark side? What will happen to Dwight when Negan finds out Sherry isn’t dead? And is this an escape plan for Eugene? Join us for next week’s episode of The Walking Dead where Rick and company search for guns for the new group. This is Pedro Vasquez signing off leaving Dr. Carson a very important message, You’re FIRED! Ta-ta!
