The 66th Grammys, which is one of the biggest musical awards, aired on February 4th. The Grammys are held annually and choose some of the biggest music artists of the year as the nominees. The nominees are in different genres such as pop, rock, and classical. Out of the contestants, only one nominee is chosen as the winner. The Grammys are also extremely popular with many people watching from all different parts of the country, and some of the biggest debates happen about who should have and shouldn’t have won. Today, I’m going to talk about some of those who won, and the highlights of this year’s Grammy Awards.

The Grammys this year had many shocking, amazing and unforgettable moments. Some of those moments were Taylor Swift announcing her new album, The Tortured Poets Department releasing in April, the song “Flowers” by Miley Cyrus winning Record of the Year and Best Pop Solo Performance, and “What Was I Made For?” by Billie Eilish winning Song of the Year.
This year’s Grammys featured some unforgettable performances from various artists. Some of those amazing performances were Tracy Chapman and Luke Combs performing “Fast Car”, Billie Eilish and her brother Finneas performing her hit song from the movie Barbie, and Dua Lipa starting the show off with a medley including her hit song, “Dance the Night”. The performances in this year’s 66th Grammy Awards were captivating and really showed the musical and lyrical talents this year. It was a great year for musical artists and the bar is set high for next year!
