Hilaria’s Miscarriage Story

Last week, Hilaria Baldwin was surprisingly open with her Instagram followers, bluntly stating, “I am most likely experiencing a miscarriage.”, and the went on to add, “I always promised myself that if I were to get pregnant again, I would share the news with you guys pretty early….even if that meant suffering a public loss.”. Although Hilaria admitted she was “feeling a bit fragile”, she made the decision to live share her loss, finding it “important to show the truth”. Hilaria went on to write “I have no shame or embarrassment with this experience. I want to be apart of the effort to normalize miscarriage and remove the stigma from it. There is so much secrecy during the first trimester. This works for some, but I personally find it to be exhausting”, and then ads that she feels it’s her duty to share her story with her followers. Hilaria explains to her followers that her body is changing and she feels nauseous and tired. She also shares that the embryo doesn’t have a strong heartbeat and the baby isn’t growing very much, and that she must wait to see what happens

Her husband, Alec, recognized his wife being so “kind and generous” for telling her story and re-posted her picture to is own account.. Hilaria then thanks the followers who supported her with encouraging comments, but points out one negative comment and claims that this person doesn’t understand what other women have gone through.

Less then a week after Hilaria told of her revelations, she confirmed that she had lost her child. But, she manages to look on the bright side and thanks all of those who have supported her through this tough time. Hours before the news was confirmed about the miscarriage, she appeared on the Today Show and again shared her doubts of the baby being healthy. Later on, Hilaria is seen on social media once again with her husband in pictures before and after her surgery after the miscarriage. So, it seems that the negative comments are not stopping her from being so open about her miscarriage.

Lori’s Jail Time

If you haven’t heard of the huge college scandal already, to put it simply parents were bribing SAT proctors or anyone involved in certain universities to better their test scores or make it look as if their children participated in a sport when they didn’t. The celebrity Lori Loughlin, who played Aunt Becky in Full House, was one of the many parents involved in the scandal. Lori and her husband, Mossimo, now face 40 years in prison and up to $1 million in fines. Lori and her husband allegedly agreed to “pay bribes totaling $500,000 in exchange for having their two daughters designated as recruits to the USC crew team-despite the fact that they did not participate in crew-thereby facilitating their admission to USC”. Another famous person now well known for being a participant in this scandal is Felicity Huffman, who will also be facing charges, what will most probably be a four to six month sentence and a year of supervised release.

Home Birth For Meghan?

Friends of Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, have revealed that she wishes to have a home birth, just like the Queen. It is reported that Meghan will have a midwife-led birth at her and Harry’s, her husband’s new home, which is near Windsor Castle. With Meghan being 37 though, the couple have not ruled out a hospital birth since women over 35 are more prone to premature birth and the need for an epidural or cesarean. Meghan and Harry are expecting their first child in weeks. It’s reported that it’s understood that Harry would be by his wife’s side “every step of the way.”. Although a home birth or hospital birth has not been completely decided yet, the couple has ruled out the private Lindo Wing at St. Mary’s hospital in west London, as they remarked it felt too much like a “goldfish bowl” and they don’t want to be surrounded by the media just hours after her birth.
