It’s not Christmas time quite yet, so I wanted to make something almost festive. Instead of making peppermint bark, like I usually do before the holidays, I decided to make white chocolate raspberry bark! This recipe is extremely easy and does not involve an oven!

You will only need two ingredients, the white chocolate, and fresh raspberries. I started by melting my white chocolate in the microwave by 30-second intervals. I then put the raspberries in a small strainer and squeezed the juice out into a bowl by pressing down with a spoon. I poured all the white chocolate into a pan, followed by the raspberry juice. Lastly, I used a toothpick to swirl them together to make a nice design and then put the pan in the freezer for about an hour to harden.

Once the bark is hard, it can be cut or broken up by hand and placed on a plate!

RECIPE:

White chocolate (amount varies depending on the pan, you can use 8 oz for a 9×9 pan)

Raspberries- about 2 tablespoons should be good but you can use as much or as little as you want!
