January is National Blood Donor Month

Paige Rockhill, Staff Writer

New Year’s resolutions are infamous for being impossible to come up with and practically unachievable.  But don’t worry because the best way to succeed at one is to set one small goal and continue to set different ones until your resolution is achieved.  One great idea for a resolution: help give back to your community.  Coincidentally, January is National Blood Donor Month.

Help save lives!  According to the Red Cross, just one donation can “save up to three.” Start off the New Year by working to be a better person; someone who wants to help others.  This is a sure way to feel good about yourself.
