- Raining in Houston
At 10, we got Raining in Houston. This was a close call with Gimme a Hug, but we felt Raining in Houston had the overall edge. With its smoothe melody and claiming music, this song is very enjoyable to listen to. However, we feel the songs coming up are more well put together, and more enjoyable to listen to
- Something About You
Something About You falls in the 9 spot on our list. Its mix between the melodic rap of Drake, and then the switch up to PARTYNEXTDOOR’s verse make this song go very nicely together. The beat is enjoyable, the lyrics are easily recognizable, and the vibe to this song is immaculate. It was very hard to put this song as low as we did, but we are confident the songs to come provide even more.
- Spider-Man Superman
Spider-Man Superman is such a great song, which is why we put it here at the 8th position. Drake’s voice in this song is just so beautiful, and is a great song to play on late Friday nights in the car. Drake and Party play off each other nicely in this song, and create a nice depth and flow to it. Overall, a wonderful song.
- Somebody Loves Me
Somebody Loves Me goes at 7. PARTYNEXTDOOR opens the song amazingly, and Drake picks up right where he left off. The beat flows nicely, the vocals play off of each other well, and the song is well put together. Definitely hard to rate it this low, but all of these songs are truly amazing in their own way.
- CN Tower
CN Tower goes 6th. Me and Jasvick kept flip flopping between this and Somebody Loves Me for this spot, but overall, the methodical flow and soothing beat gave CN Tower the edge. This song was a great way to open up the album, and set the tone for the rest of it. Just beautiful vocals and amazing rhythm.
- Celibacy
Celibacy is at the 5th spot. Its slow and methodical beat is perfect, mixed with Drake and PND flow and lyricism makes this an extremely beautiful and graceful song. Drake’s beginning verse is extremely beautiful. This song is heavily underrated, and is an overall beautiful, peaceful and enjoyable song.
- Die trying
At 4, we have the infamous Die Trying. Die Trying popularity rose through the help of TikTok, especially Drake’s beginning verse. This song is one of the best songs in the album. Both Drake and PND Lyricism are top tier and the beat flows nicely. An especially popular song and a good song to enjoy with others or by yourself, making it a top 4 song.
- Moth Balls
At 3, we have Moth Balls. In this song, both Drake and PND have amazing lyricism and flow with each other. The beat is enjoyable, the lyrics are relatable and the flow is impeccable. PND’s lyricism may have carried this song to a top 3 song within the album. It is a great song, however there are still better choices within this album.
- Nokia
Perhaps, the most popular song on the album is Nokia. The upbeat beat with both Drake and PND flow and lyricism makes this song a top-tier contender for the best song in the album. It is joyful, upbeat, and perfect for late night drives or enjoying with friends. However, this is not the best song on the album.
- Deeper
Man oh man where do I even begin, This is the BEST SONG IN THE ALBUM. THe mix of slow and medium beats, the flow and the lyricism is nearly perfect. PND’s iconic and methodical verse makes this song the best overall song on the album. It can be played with others, by yourself or at a party. This components make this song the best overall song on the album.
What an album! Each song was great, and there were even songs we kept off this list that are still great songs. This album is an overall 9/10, and would recommend it to all listeners. Thought rankings throughout, but this our official top 10 list for the album, Some Sexy Songs 4 U.
