- Dark Thoughts
Evan’s Ranking: 9.7/10
What is most likely going to be the best song in the album gets our highest ranking here. This song was released prior to the rest of the album, and for good reason. I have probably listened to this song once a day. That’s how good it is! It’s upbeat, fun, and overall just a great vibe. Nearly perfect ranking, but nothing is perfect in this world. Still though, a beautiful song.
Jasvick’s Ranking: 10/10
This song can be argued for being one of the best Tecca songs ever created. This song’s catchy and methodical blow, beautiful flow and Tecca’s lyricism makes this song perfect. This song can be used in many environments from vibing with friends, alone or in the car. Overall, an extremely beautiful song.
- Owa Owa
Evan’s Ranking: 9.2/10
This song is also really good, and was also released before the rest of the album was released. Similarly to Dark Thoughts, it creates the upbeat and fun styled song that Lil Tecca normally has. Its ad libs add a nice touch, and makes me want to listen even more. The album has clearly started out strong with these two songs.
Jasvick’s Ranking: 9/10

Another banger out of Lil Tecca. This album has truly started as good as it could have started. This song is fun, easy to sing to, and makes you just want to get out of your seat and dance. Lil Tecca is putting his mark in the music industry with these songs, and I’m hoping it only gets better as we continue.
Jasvick’s Ranking: 8/10
This is an extremely good song made by Lit Tecca. This is a good song with an uptempo beat perfect for a late-night summer drive. The flow and lyrics flow really well together in this song. He starts 3/3 in the album.
- The Truth
Evan’s Ranking: 7.4/10
Another good song, but because the first few were such high rankings, I’m just expecting more. This song did not get me out of my seat like the others did, but I still really enjoy it. The vocals are nice, the beat is upbeat, making the song overall very enjoyable.
Jasvick’s Ranking: 6.9/10
This is also a solid summer song, but it is not as good compared to the other 3. The beat was good, but Tecca’s lyrics and flow could have made this song a bit better to listen to. Overall his vocals and flow fits well together making it enjoyable.
- Favorite Lie
Evan’s Ranking: 6.7/10
More of a clam, laid back song. My 6.7 rating does not mean I do not like this song, but compared to the others, it is not as hype and upbeat. Lil Tecca’s voice sounds really nice, and the song is very relaxing. However, Lil Tecca has set the bar really high, meaning my rankings will be more strict.
Jasvick’s Ranking: 7.5/10
I really liked how Lil Tecca utilized a laid back and a calm beat in this song. I like how he tried something different and not made it as hype and upbeat as others. Lil Tecca’s voice sounds really nice, and this song is very relaxing

- Sure of It
Evan’s Ranking: 6.2/10
Not a bad song by any means, but the worst song we have heard so far. I feel the autotune shows out a little too much, and takes away from Tecca’s true talent. The chorus is solid, but nothing too crazy. It does pick up in the second half, however.
Jasvick’s Ranking: 6.5/10
Not a horrendous song at all but compared to the other songs this brings the rating down heavily. The autotune is extremely heavy and is shown all out through the song but the 2nd half truly makes it better.
- LYK
Evan’s Ranking: 7.7/10
Solid song overall. His vocals are nice, and the beat is solid as well. Not something I would go crazy about, but I wouldn’t be mad if somebody put this on in the car. Again, all of these songs have been good, so it’s hard to decipher the rankings song to song.
Jasvick’s Ranking: 7/10
Again not a bad song by means. But the other songs bring this song down. The beat and vocals are nice with solid use of lyrics. This can be used to listen in many environments but overall not a bad song.
- On Your Own
Evan’s Ranking: 6.5/10
Again, a good song, but nothing crazy. The songs are starting to slowly merge with one another, as they all have a similar style. Nothing bad, but nothing that will knock my socks off either.
Jasvick’s Ranking: 6.5/10
Again, a good song, but nothing overall crazy. This song is eerily similar to his other style. This is an average song and nothing crazy.

Very good. Another banger, with good flow and solid lyrics.
Jasvick’s Ranking: 8/10
Another good song by Tecca, however his lyrics and beat could have flowed better together. But this song is extremely well-constructed. Overall, a good summer song that I would listen to.
- Malibu’s Most Wanted
Evan’s Ranking: 6.3/10
This song is okay. Did not do much for me like some of the other songs did. Probably the worst in the album, but the album was really good, so this is not necessarily a bad thing.
Jasvicks Ranking: 6/10
This is the worst song on the album. The worst song being a 6/10 speaks levels of how good overall this album. This is a good song overall.
- Tic Tac Toe
Evan’s Ranking: 8.3/10
Solid way to end off the album. Ken Carson performed nicely in this song, and added a nice differentiation from the other songs. Not much else to say, solid song.
Jasvick’s Ranking: 8.5/10
An extremely hyped song that lived up to the hype. The flow between Ken Carson and Lil Tecca is extremely well made and is beautiful. Overall, this album was worth the wait and the hype.
We both really enjoyed this album, as no song was rated lower than a 6. Lil Tecca really blessed us with this one, and I can’t wait to listen to this throughout the duration of the summer. The album will probably become even better over time as the song’s sink in without hearts and our souls. Overall Ranking: 8.4/10.
