Whoopi’s Criticism

The host of the show The View, Whoopi Goldberg, shared her opinion on the show about Bella Thorne taking nude photos of herself and then publishing them, by saying “If you’re famous, I don’t care how old you are, you don’t take nude photos of yourself. Once you take that picture it goes into the cloud and it’s available to any hacker that wants it…and it’s available to any hacker that wants it…and if you don’t know that in 2019 that this is an issue.” The reasoning behind Bella making these photos public though, was allegedly because she was being blackmailed by hackers with other celebrities’ nude pictures. Bella’s response to Whoopi’s comment was seen on social media in a video she posted, sobbing. Bella states, “Shame on you Whoopi. Shame on you for putting that public opinion out there like that for every young girl to think that they’re disgusting for even taking a photo like that. Shame on you.” Bella also talks about how she will be canceling her interview with The View and Whoopi has made her feel disgusting. Whoopi has yet to respond to Bella.

Taylor Says To Calm Down

In a new music video for Taylor Swift’s song “You Need To Calm Down,” there is a lot of different messages being advocated for. Towards the beginning of the video, Taylor first talks about internet trolls and how she is against them. Then, an anti-LGBTQ+ protest is shown while Taylor and many famous role models from the LGBTQ+ community ignore them. Towards the end, Taylor and Katy Perry come together and hug, another sign of the end of their feud. Throughout the video, there are many featured celebrities and drag queens dressed up as them. Overall, the video is spreading the message to calm down about things that don’t involve you and is very positive.

Fear of Mama June

Honey Boo Boo, daughter of Mama June and reality star, has reportedly said that she refuses to live with her mother. She allegedly insisted that she is “scared” to be around her mom and her mom’s boyfriend, Geno. It has been claimed that instead of living with her mother she wants to continue living with her older sister, Pumpkin. Both sisters have staged an intervention for their mother. It has been said that Honey Boo Boo has made clear that she wants her mother to breakup with Geno and for her mother to go to rehab. TMZ reports that Pumpkin is willing to go to court to win custody of her younger sister. This news comes after Mama June and Geno were on a video filmed by one of their neighbors extremely intoxicated and half naked walking back into their home.
