Everyone has heard of Queen. Joy Division is an British rock band from the 1970s with a very definitive rock sound. “She’s Lost Control”, as the title suggests, is about a woman losing control of herself. The song talks about the woman metaphorically losing herself to her emotions, and Ian Curtis sings of his frightened reaction to this. The tune has a very punk-rock sound to it, and Curtis’ haunting vocals go well with this. You should listen to this song if you like punk-rock music, or dark sounding songs.
