Creative Foods Gets Festive with Gingerbread Houses
December 20, 2017
Every year in the curriculum of creative foods, the students get to make gingerbread houses. It just so happens to be the holiday season, and Mrs.Blair’s creative foods classes used teamwork and creativity to create the houses.
Many students enjoy the project. Sophomore Carly Villegas states, “We made a lot of really good friends.”
Most groups found themselves having to scramble at the last minute because they were working so hard, and “Time flies when you’re having fun,” as Mrs.Blair likes tosay.
Many students enjoy the fun-filled class and Mrs. Blair’s teaching style. Senior Damian Rybaltowski says, “Mrs.Blair is such a good women. She is always there for me. She is my go too.”
Even Mrs.Blair can agree how great this class is. “My students are wonderful this year . They embrace every student and assignment with determination and always strive to do their best.”
The results of the gingerbread house assignment certainly agree with her assessment.
