Haunted High School is a Halloween Hit
November 1, 2017
This year’s Haunted High School was as fun as always is, but the crowd was bigger than ever!
Freehold Township’s Haunted High School is the day where the classrooms are decorated by the clubs in honor of halloween and little kids come to enjoy the various timely activities.
-Cafeteria: boppin music and multiple tables with different events like making your own popcorn hand, arts and crafts, balloon animals, bean bag toss, cupcake decorating, dangling donuts, ghosts and corn hole, mummy wrap, photo booth (halloween edition), pin the nose on the witch, and tattoos.
-C100: face painting with your favorite evil disney villains such as Ursula, Cruella de Vil, Hades, Captain Hook, and so many more
-B105: the haunted kitchen! You could go through a gooey guts touch station and create pieces of art!
-C106: lollipop ghosts
-C110: Halloween boardwalk games
-C112: create your own Jack-O-Lantern out of a balloon then build a glow in the dark spider web
-C114: UV glitter tattoos and more face painting in room C114
-C116: Making the trendy slime in C116 was a hit for the younger ones
In the hallways there was a wicked raffle and children could win awesome prizes! There was also a candy counting contest where children (or adults, but mostly children) could guess how many pieces of candy were put in the jar. The child who was the closest number would get the whole jar of candy! Outside of the cafeteria there was a snack stand with food and drinks.
There were multiple teachers such as Mr. DiGiuseppe, Mr. Hipsley, Mr Gaeta, Ms. Arnold, etc with their kids having a blast. The kids had nothing but smiles on their faces the whole time.
